A collaboration with a film friend to create a lyric video for a dreamy and cute song. We aimed to visually express the emotions conveyed in the song through a combination of film footage, handwritten type and whimsical doodles. This project allowed me to experiment with different techniques and mediums to bring the song to life visually.

Illustrated music video using 2.5d animation for the song Way Back Home by SHAUN
Kinetic typography from a scene in the movie Ratatouille. In the scene, Remy and Emile get hit by a bolt of lightning and discover a mysterious new taste. The style of the animation was inspired by a playful and whimsical feeling, represented by the bold slab serif type and fun, geometric shapes. Furthermore, the limited warm color palette helps to evoke feelings of hunger and excitement.
The goal of this project was to create an experimental analog motion video that explored and played with different creative techniques. We were inspired by sounds and simple geometric shapes to create a space-themed video.
